Marie was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and mostly raised in Sunderland, a small town on the NE coast of England. She came to the US in 1990, became a citizen in 2002 and never looked back! She said owning her own business was the American dream and she’s living it every day! Marie loves coming to work and all the challenges the business throws at her (and they are many!) Marie loves the camaraderie the pub offers and treats everyone as if they were family; after all it is a family restaurant.
Erin was born in a small farming community in Ohio. She moved to Texas sixteen years ago, and knew when she got to the Dallas Area she was home at last! Erin spent eight years managing a south Padre beach bar and had a blast. She loved the beach but was ready for a change. Erin moved to McKinney five years ago and fell in love with the little pub on the corner, known as “The Londoner”. Three days after moving to town she found herself a job working at the pub. Two years after that Erin acquired herself a business partner and great friend to tackle the challenges of owning her own pub and loving it!
